TravelArc has been developed as middleware software providing finance teams with the vital link between a variety of booking engines and multiple accounting systems.

This enables:

  • Accounting postings to be made.
  • Reconciliation processes to be simplified.
  • Control of all trade creditors/debtors and key balance sheet accounts, including deferred revenue.

    TravelARC receives all data relating to the booking and payment processes within the travel environment. This is for both B2B and B2C customers. The basic elements for the design of TravelARC are included in the following diagram, however there is no limit to the sources of data that can be imported, or outputs of workflows that can be managed with this data.
